Sleeping on tatami mats was a unique experience, and the rooftop view paired with delicious coffee at Kimi Cafe made mornings special. The welcoming staff, however, could be more attentive during busy hours.

Convenient train access, clean shared bathrooms, cozy common area
The 1AM curfew felt restrictive for those looking to explore the nightlife!!! The overpriced café left a bad taste when better options were nearby!!! Changing the bathtub to more private options would improve hygiene!!!

Comfortable and spacious Twin Room.
The toilet is cramped, making it hard to use comfortably. I also experienced issues with the taxi service. despite confirming multiple times, no taxi was available at my requested time. This caused me a lot of worry about missing my bus to the airport. The overall communication about service timings was quite poor.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We visited the nearby park and explored some local cafes. Our highlight was meeting Mr and Mrs Cameron from Canada, who were the first foreign guests. The place felt cozy with sharing amenities that were always clean. Perfect for a group getaway!
The only downside was that one of the showers had a moldy smell, which was a bit off-putting during our stay.

Cozy stay in a great location!
We spent 3 nights here and it was pretty chill. The futon and heavy duvet kept us super warm, just perfect for winter nights. Loved the yukata for those shared bathrooms – definitely makes things comfier. The staff were friendly, and it's located close to Ikebukuro station. The only bummer was that the rooms weren’t the most soundproof.
